Robin L. Agpoon, OD

Robin L. Agpoon, OD, is a family-practice optometrist in Derby, KS at Grene Vision Group. Dr. Agpoon graduated summa cum laude from Wichita State University and was inducted into Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society as the outstanding freshman female of 1990-1991 based on academic achievement. While attending WSU, she was involved in Student Health Advisory Board and served both as secretary and vice president. Dr. Agpoon then attended Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, OK and graduated magna cum laude with her Doctorate in Optometry in 1997.

"I love practicing optometry in Kansas. First, Midwesterners are probably some of the friendliest and most welcoming people in the world. I enjoy getting to know my patients, and I feel blessed that I look forward to coming to work," Dr. Agpoon said. "Also, Grene Vision Group is a wonderful support system, professionally. We have a large, skilled group of specialists and surgeons, knowledgeable opticians, a caring staff and state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. I have confidence and peace of mind that my patients will receive great care."

Dr. Agpoon moved back to Kansas and began practicing optometry, first in Wichita, then also in Derby in 1999, where she and her family currently reside. She is currently accepting new patients at Grene Vision Group in Derby, KS. Outside of the office, her current interests include reading, Cajun cooking, living vicariously through her children, and staying active in the United Methodist Church.
