Christopher B. Means, OD, is a board-certified optometrist in Wichita, KS, at Grene Vision Group. He earned a Biochemistry degree from Wichita State University and went on to attend Optometry School at Northeastern State University School of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He graduated Summa Cum Laude.
After graduating with his Doctor of Optometry in 2002, Dr. Means moved back to Wichita to be closer to family and start up his own private practice right out of school. In 2008, he sought an opportunity to join Grene Vision Group. He practices full-scope optometric care for the entire family. He is a provider for the InfantSee and See To Learn programs as well as a member of The College of Optometry in Vision Development, specializing in one of his favorite passions: helping those with vision-related learning problems needing Vision Therapy services.
“Joining Grene Vision Group has allowed me the opportunity to provide the best total care for my patients with an amazing, caring staff and have the freedom to spend time with my family that I couldn’t have being a solo provider.” - Christopher Means, OD
Family and faith are Dr. Means' other passions. He is married to his lovely wife and they currently have six children at home. As a family, they love serving at their local church of First Baptist in El Dorado, Kansas. Dr. Means is currently accepting new patients seeking eye care in Wichita at Grene Vision Group's Ridge Road location.
